Jim has 40 years of accounting and finance experience. He spent the majority of his career at a Fortune 1000 manufacturing company, including 19 years as the Vice President, Corporate Controller. Jim has a well-rounded background that includes financial reporting and analysis, SEC reporting, acquisition and divestiture analysis, treasury management, currency and precious metal hedging, cost accounting, internal audit and accounting system implementations. For the last several years, Jim has been working as an independent consultant, primarily serving firms in the medical industry. Jim is a graduate of Miami University majoring in accounting and finance, and is a non-practicing CPA.

John has been in the medical/surgical arena for more than 25 years as a proven sales leader, starting as a surgical sales representative and working up to executive management. He has represented companies including Conmed/Linvatec, where he was awarded Representative of the Year, Biomet, Dilon Technologies, Orthovita, and was Director of Sales for Benxyla Health. In 2005 John formed Maloney Medical Sales, a medical/surgical products distributor, and has hired, trained and guided many successful representatives. He has extensive experience in building and managing sales organizations as well as introducing new technologies to the medical community. John is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

Matt has over 25 years of experience within the medical device industry, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Medtronic where he was responsible for the Animal Health, Dental, Consumer and Sports Medicine markets, generating more than $100 Million in annual revenue. Prior to Medtronic, Matt worked in the Medical OEM group at Tyco Healthcare and Covidien’s Custom Products Solutions Division where he successfully integrated and developed the manufacturing capabilities of several acquired companies into new marketing and sales opportunities and oversaw the rapid growth of the Medical OEM business from $26 Million to $125 Million. Matt also held the positions as Production Manager and Plant Manager with Tyco Healthcare where he was responsible for all phases of manufacturing and management associated with the Urology, Respiratory, and Wound Care products produced at their manufacturing facility located in Cumberland, RI. Matt earned an MBA from Bryant College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rhode Island College.

Prior to joining Signati Medical, Nick was partner and principal at Precision Global Medical Solutions (PGMS), a boutique consulting firm specializing in the development of sales and marketing strategies and sales distributorship opportunities for start-up companies across the medical industry. At PGMS, Nick led the coordination and implementation of best sales practices and developed commercialization strategies for start-up medical device companies. Nick has more than 15 years’ experience selling, managing, and implementing sales strategies across a diverse platform in the medical arena. Nick has a B.S. in Rehabilitation from Springfield College.

Meghan has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience across multiple industries, with 11 years in the Medical Device industry. Her most recent role was Sr. Marketing Manager for the US Cardiology Business with Medtronic/Cardinal Health where she was responsible for over $175 Million in annual revenue. Prior to Cardiology, Meghan worked with both Medtronic and Covidien managing their Animal Health, Dental, and Consumer Business, successfully integrating components of the Respiratory, Surgical, and Energy portfolios into the US Animal Health and Dental markets. In her role as the marketing manager for Covidien’s US Consumer Business, Meghan managed several private label and branded product portfolios manufactured for major US retailers such as Walmart, CVS and Walgreens.

Meghan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of San Francisco. Meghan was also a member of the USF Women’s Soccer Team.

Chris has worked in high level leadership positions in the field of urology for more than 16 years. He has been recognized as the top sales/sales manager seven times throughout his career in four different companies. He has helped build multiple medical device startup companies and was the National Sales Director for the woman’s health division at American Medical Systems, a prestigious urology company, in 2013. He has been involved with hiring hundreds of sales representatives and sales managers in the medical device field throughout his career and has gained strong relationships in the urology field throughout the United States.

Richard has been in the medical device industry for over 15 years. For the last 6 years he has worked with urologists where his focus has been providing surgical solutions for men’s sexual health. Richard has been involved in multiple facets of the medical device industry including sales, traditional and digital marketing, product evaluations, and launches. He has helped to develop patient education and awareness campaigns on regional and national levels, and works with KOL’s to improve surgical techniques. Richard has been recognized and awarded multiple times throughout his career for sales and leadership accomplishments including membership of field advisory boards, field sales trainer, and Champion’s Club recipient. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a marketing degree in business administration.

Doug is the Executive Director and Founder of Visual Planet Communications. Doug offers over 36 years’ experience in the Communications field and specializes in the development, creative and production of video programs and corporate events.

Doug’s prior positions include Partner, COO & Senior Producer at Ad Agency VisComm, SVP of Video & Event Staging at Light & Power Communications as well as member of the Board of Directors, and Producer/Director – Video & Events.

Doug has produced hundreds of successful complex projects all over the globe, with clients such as GE Energy, GE Wind and Solar, GE Power and Water, Bassett Healthcare, Albany Medical Center, Ryan Health Network, United Technologies (Corporate), Sikorsky Helicopter, Carrier Corp., Otis Elevator Company, Interface Flooring, IBM, KeyCorp, Fleet Bank, Albany Law School, RPI, CDPHP, Delmar Publishing, AngioDynamics and many other prominent organizations.

His work has been seen on national networks, in corporate boardrooms, trade shows, as part of major marketing programs, international events and all over the web. He’s also earned national recognition, winning National Communicator, ITVA, Summit, Vision, Aegis, Telly, National Videographer and many other awards. Doug was also part of the team that won the prestigious Global Paragon Award from Meeting Planners International for Best Meeting Of The Year.

Doug graduated cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting with an emphasis in Business Marketing.
