GERARD HENRY, MD
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Gerard Henry, MD, completed a urology residency with a 1-year basic science fellowship in men’s health at Duke University and is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology. In addition, Dr. Henry is the #1 US AMS IPP implanter over the last 10 years and #1 published author on IPPs in the world over the last 10 years. He won best clinical abstract at 2 national meetings and has written 5 Journal of Urology CME articles on men’s health with one being a cover article. Dr. Henry is also the inventor of the Henry Mummy Wrap, Henry Finger Sweep, and New Length Measurement Technique. Currently, he is secretary of the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons and president-elect of the Louisiana Urology Society.

Tony provides consulting services to the medical device industry and has more than 25 years of senior executive medical device experience. As VP and General Manager for Covidien’s Custom Solutions Division, he ran a $250 million-dollar division and had P&L responsibility for markets outside the Hospital and Alternate Site. He has held senior leadership roles in sales, marketing and manufacturing with direct responsibility for developing and directing growth strategy into non-hospital markets including Medical OEM, Animal Health, Rehab and Dental Markets. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Framingham State University MA. He completed the Babson College MA. Corp Entrepreneurship Program. Tony is also a Licensed U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain.
George has more than 25 years of senior executive experience in the medical device arena and has held senior level positions at large medical device companies including Medtronic and Boston Scientific. He played a key role in building the sales force at Advanced Bionics, which grew from zero to $200 million in 24 months leading to its acquisition by Boston Scientific. He has hired and trained more than 1,000 sales representatives, sales managers, and executive-level personnel. He has established distribution channels in the US and around the world which have led to his extensive network of more than 5,000 contacts with physicians, distributors, nurses, government agency and general service administration personnel to reach out to every government health care facility in the US. George has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Trenton State College.
John has been in the medical/surgical arena for more than 25 years as a proven sales leader, starting as a surgical sales representative and working up to executive management. He has represented companies including Conmed/Linvatec, where he was awarded Representative of the Year, Biomet, Dilon Technologies, Orthovita, and was Director of Sales for Benxyla Health. In 2005 John formed Maloney Medical Sales, a medical/surgical products distributor, and has hired, trained and guided many successful representatives. He has extensive experience in building and managing sales organizations as well as introducing new technologies to the medical community. John is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.
Bob is the inventor/developer of the Signati Medical noninvasive vasectomy procedure. Bob works with medical device companies and collaborates with surgeons and scientists in fields including ENT, urology, sports medicine, women’s health and general surgery. He specializes in the development, patenting, and licensing of innovative single-use devices. He is an inventor with more than 60 patents and has additional patents pending. Protected products include arthroscopy shavers, ablation devices for ENT and urology, implant systems for soft tissue repair, vasectomy methods and devices, and methods for rotator cuff repair. Bob is a journeyman tool and die maker and degreed engineer trained and experienced in advanced manufacturing methods. Since 2001, Bob has been an independent inventor and developer of medical devices.
Prior to joining Signati Medical, Nick was partner and principal at Precision Global Medical Solutions (PGMS), a boutique consulting firm specializing in the development of sales and marketing strategies and sales distributorship opportunities for start-up companies across the medical industry. At PGMS, Nick led the coordination and implementation of best sales practices and developed commercialization strategies for start-up medical device companies. Nick has more than 15 years’ experience selling, managing, and implementing sales strategies across a diverse platform in the medical arena. Nick has a B.S. in Rehabilitation from Springfield College.

Warren serves as interim Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Prior to Signati Medical, Warren joined AngioDynamics as the Senior Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Before joining AngioDynamics, Warren was a quality and regulatory consultant to clients in FDA-regulated industries, specializing in execution and management of quality systems implementation, remediation and product approvals. Previously, Warren served as the Executive Vice President of Global Clinical, Quality Affairs a Regulatory Affairs at Haemonetics Corporation, Vice President of Quality/Regulatory/Clinical/Technical Services at St. Jude Medical’s Atrial Fibrillation Division, and Corporate Vice President of Quality/Compliance at Tyco Healthcare/Covidien (Medtronic). Warren earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences.
Bill leads the Signati Medical funding efforts. He is a consultant who brings his Wall Street experience to mainstream business. Formerly the Co-Head of Pershing’s over-the-counter trading desk, Bill is known for his unparalleled ability to read people and markets and take decisive action. At Nasdaq, Bill helps open doors and close deals. His ability to see through obstacles and bridge people together has made him an asset across multiple industries and departments.

Brian T. Dougan, Esquire, is a founding partner of Cifra, Gibson & Dougan, LLP, a northeast regional law firm. He practices corporate/transactional law and civil litigation and has worked in matters involving fortune 500 companies including breach of contract, premises liability, employment law, and corporate structure. Mr. Dougan is an accomplished trial attorney with significant trial verdicts to his credit. He has written and presented on legal topics related to insurance defense, civil procedure, and corporate structure. Mr. Dougan is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations and the Trial Lawyers Association of America. He earned his J.D. from University of Dayton (OH) and his B.S. from University of Florida and is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Dr. Pannell is the inventor of the Signati Medical noninvasive vasectomy procedure. He is currently the Surgical Clerkship Director of The Medical College of Georgia Southwest Clinical Campus. He also serves as the Chairman of the Crisp Regional Hospital Authority and The Crisp County Board of Health. Although his career has been primarily devoted to caring for major trauma patients and managing general and vascular surgical problems, he never forgot the young mother who died while he was a medical student. Following a complicated pregnancy, she was undergoing a procedure to ligate the fallopian tubes and had an anesthetic complication. Dr. Pannell became a strong advocate for vasectomies in family planning and has worked diligently to promote the acceptance of male sterilization procedures which are less complicated and dangerous than female surgery.
